Research

The last ten years have seen institutes at Gopsai Avinandan Sangha taking meticulous and meaningful steps to build reservouirs of intellectual wealth and academic excellence. In the process, the institutes under the umbrella of Gopsai Avinandan Sangha has created some of the state's best institutes across several diverse streams like Teacher Education from K,G to P.G, engineering, pharmacy, management, allied health science etc. Each institution is geared to meet the same demanding standards to create great professionals and citizens by inspiring them in many ways.
Ever since its inception, the group of Institutions have taken concerted efforts towards differentiating itself by encouraging Innovation and Research. Dedicate Research team was constituted to strengthen research activities, enhance industry interaction and to foster industry relevant research. To nurture and promote research activities of global standards has always been an area of paramount importance to us and hence we have built collaborative venture with Coloroda State University, U.S, E.U University, Europe. Needless to say that when specialists collaborate, break throughs emerge. Thus, our researchers lead global endeavours that advance our species and planet.

Mission & Vision

To facilitate and contribute to research in all disciplines, thereby improving yield in terms of grants, research innovation, intellectual property and publications.

Objectives

  • To create awareness and opportunities in Research and Development among the students & faculty and to create Research and Development atmosphere in every Institutions
  • To promote collaboration between researchers for interdisciplinary research.

IMPACT & RESPONSE AT PANDEMIC

Gopsai Avinandan Sangha has joined the combat against the unprecedented global crisis in the form of Covid-19 by taking various initiatives to ensure the safety of the students, faculty, and staff while remaining uncompromising with the learning graph of the beloved students. All mass gatherings were prohibited before the declaration of thelockdown, and awareness campaigns were organised before the devastating disease unfolded vividly across India. Instant initiative was taken in terms of immediate arrangement of getting everyone sanitized under a hi-tech machine at entry gate and making the usage of mask and sanitisers mandatory in the campus.
The university swiſtly moved to online teaching platforms within a week for conducting classes, where the students applauded the unadulterated commitment of the management and the faculty by exhibiting higher attendance and more active participation.
The trust drove the measure “vaccine for all in the campus” as a social responsibility and thus contributed in the mission of building hard immunity amongst the society. Also it has created social awareness through the faculty of its PG Institute of Medical Sciences amongst the local people and villagers.

RESEARCH STEERING COMMITTEE :

The Central Research and Development (R&D) Committee that oversees research activities across the Group of Institutions plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation and academic excellence. It is responsible for promoting and supporting research activities across various disciplines, ensuring that faculty, researchers, and students have the resources and guidance necessary to pursue highquality research projects. The committee oſten facilitates the identification of funding opportunities, collaborates with external institutions and industries, and establishes guidelines for ethical research practices. Additionally, it encourages interdisciplinary research, organises seminars and conferences, and works to integrate research findings into the academic curriculum. Through its efforts and by nurturing an environment of intellectual curiosity, providing research mentorship, and fostering external partnerships, the R&D Committee not only advances the university's academic standing but also contributes to societal development and technological progress.
