Library

Who else can describe A Library better than our very own Nobel Laureate Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore who while mentioning the significance of libraries in Bichitra Prabandha wrote,
“If one could control the age long tumult of the ocean in such a way that it would remain quiet like a child asleep, then that silent, uproar could be compared to a library. Here language remains silent, the mighty waves still, the deathless lustre of the human soul is here enchanted in black print in the prison house of paper. If of a sudden they were to rise in rebellion, break upon the silence and make good their escape through the barrier of print! As many a flood lies congealed in the hard snow in the heights of the Himalayas, so the library encompasses within its narrow limits the mighty torrents of the human soul.” (TRANSLATED)
These very precious words narrate precisely how important library is in life of students.

The manual serves as a structured reference that ensures consistency and accuracy in experimental procedures, helping students understand theoretical concepts through hands-on learning. By offering step-by-step instructions, the lab manual enhances students’ learning experience and ensures they develop the necessary skills for scientific inquiry. All the students of Engineering, Pharmacy, Paramedical can access there syllabus wise Manuals from the website.
  • CLASS NOTES : Class notes are an essential resource for students, providing a detailed record of lectures, discussions, and key concepts covered during class sessions. These notes serve as a personalized reference for students to revisit important topics, clarify doubts, and reinforce their understanding of the subject matter. Class notes also act as a valuable tool for revision and group study, ensuring that students stay on track with the curriculum and can easily review material when needed.

They offer insights into the evolution of exam formats, the scope of topics covered, and the changing patterns of assessment over time. Past question papers are oſten used for revision and practice by students, helping them familiarise themselves with the types of questions and the level of difficulty they may encounter. Faculty members may also use them to analyse trends in student per formance and to adjust future assessments accordingly, ensuring they are both relevant and challenging; hence its an effort from our side to accumulate the question papers in a space of GOPP website.

ELIXIR was published first in December '2014 with a good initiative of management, Faculties and student of GopsaiAvinandan Sangha. All of them given their tireless efforts to come up with some new thinking & creativity. That tradition still continues, sometimes yearly, sometime once in two years. We hope to continue this to ignite and nurture the creative mind of the students.
