Even before we realised, we have entered slowly into the digital world. New and transformative lifestyle and technologies were rapidly entering into our daily lives even before the pandemic, enabling all to innovate and thrive in an increasingly digital world. Thus, we have been experiencing to have students from various parts of the country. Our well developed and informative websites are helping the students to get their required information.
We aimed at enlightening the “Rural Bengal” and situated within the territories of Rural Bengal but we are at par with the digital standards of the era and we have taken a lot of initiatives as an organisation on various sector that we operate in for the ease of managing and aiding both, our students and our staffs. The Digital Initiatives taken at Gopsai Avinandan Sangha covers wide range requirements of the organization. It emphasizes mainly on availability of data at any given point of time. The in house developed software has not only made data accessible at any given point of time but also significantly reduced the time and resource tied to obtain any given information.

We have given our best effort to provide details of all the courses in our website of nine colleges so that students of all genre can be satisfied with their quest for information. Also, we keep updating our all websites regularly so that no information is left out.

Existing students are constantly kept informed by hosting all important Notices on websites from colleges and approving Boards. All efforts would be made by us to update academic and other relevant information from time to time and also to develop the website for the continuous benefit of all concerned.

Our web-based Student Management System, named and titled as EDUMISSION has been introduced to make students life easy. It provides a complete life cycle of a student from Online Admission to Receiving the final passed out certificate. Meanwhile it covers online fees payment, class routines, subject wise syllabus, notice to name few amongst all necessary communication/transaction.

The All new student portal is being getting ready to have a complete life cycle of the students with us at a glance on screen.

The Grievance Redressal Cell of colleges aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the online grievance portal.


The aim of the cell is to settle the grievances of the students and other stakeholders within a reasonable time period for further strengthening the bond of the students with the institution by providing them with all kind of facilities to a satisfaction level for maintaining a convenient ambience of academic teaching and learning.

Online / Digital Library
For the betterment of student’s accessibility towards education we have uploaded every book to our online library online library through internationally acclaimed software Koha, where students can login with their user id and password and read the available books at any point of time from any place in the world as long as they are connected to the internet. Koha includes modules for acquisitions, circulation, cataloguing, serials management, authorities, flexible reporting, label printing, multi-format notices, offline circulation for when Internet access is not available, and muchmore. It's sweb-based interface, has made it more user friendly as it can be accessed as is where is mode.
Not only books, considering many students like to prepare for competitive exams, we have liked news paper in the library so that if any student wants, he / she can go and read the news paper and stay up to date.

Staff Management Portal
Staff to be known as Human Resource or Employees are the strength of any business or organization as it’s rightly said that the main goal of human resourcing is to: "drive innovation, productivity through mobilizing the workforce towards excellence". Hence, our Journey through Digital Initiative can not be completed without a dedicated staff management portal which helps in maintaining the transparency between the staffs and organization. This is a tech-driven system that work as an information deck or resource repository carrying employee details in a centralised form enabling easy access for everyone across the organisation.

We are currently available on all the media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,Tweeter and on YouTube to showcase the activates happening in the institute and as a general informative platform to the public.

So, this was the brief synopsis of the digital initiatives taken at Gopsai Avinandan Sangha as of now. A lot of new projects are being developed and will be updated and implemented in the near future.
